The Stalker's design is built around a line-of-sight power gauge. Critics call him weak because his dash is on a long cooldown and lacks an instadown. This guide argues the math is actually more favorable than it appears.

The gauge math

Direct LOS builds the gauge at approximately 4% per second. The full gauge unlocks a single dash that travels 12 studs. While the dash does not instadown, the gap-closing velocity is enough to land a follow-up swing within 1.5 seconds, which is faster than the average survivor's window vault animation.

Build

Run The Stalker with Preserve Your Prey (8 tokens, +4/6/8% attack recovery per token), Untouchable (pallet auto-break after 4/3/2 destroyed), and Loot Goblin. The triple-threat build creates a chase tempo that few survivor comps can survive.
