The Cure Update is live as of April 12, 2026. The expansion introduces The Cure killer entity, the SCP Foundation and Hospital Wings maps, and a complete rework of the Blessing perk family. The launch patch also rebalanced Pressured (4/6/10% per stack) and Quick Fix (charge window extended to 18s on Tier I).
The meta is expected to shift dramatically over the next two weeks as players optimize around The Cure's area-denial mechanics. The Curse: Lockdown perk has emerged as the strongest single-perk counter to the new map layout.
