Radically alters the fundamental starting parameters of the survivor. The player spawns inherently injured and permanently afflicted with the Broken status effect (preventing any healing to full health). In exchange, the engine suppresses all audio grunts by 100%, permanently deletes the rendering of blood stains and scratch marks, and permits infinite recovery from the dying state at a 15/25/35% accelerated rate.
