The Cure Update represents the most significant meta shift since launch. The Cure entity introduces area-denial gameplay and is gated behind the SCP Foundation map's Plague Doctor unlock. The Hospital Wings and SCP Foundation maps were added to the procedural map rotation. Blessing perks were reworked to interact with the new totem blessing system. The update is dated October 30, 2025, coinciding with Halloween.
